CYC Parties are an amazing way to celebrate any special occasion. Birthdays, family get togethers or any celebration! Get your friends together and celebrate in a fun and safe environment with qualified Gymnastics Australia coaches.

Each party is catered to each group’s needs.
School aged children only
Exclusive use of the gymnasium and kitchen area.
Self-Catered, bring your own food and decorate as you wish
75 minutes worth of gymnastics and trampoline fun
with 30 minutes allocated to food and drink

Thank you for booking your party at Cheltenham Youth Club.

CYC is an alcohol and smoke free venue.

Party Structure

75 minutes are allocated on the gymnastics and trampoline equipment. 1 Hour in the gym, 30 Minutes of food and drink, and then 15 minutes back in the gym
This time consists of both structured activities and games and supervised free time.
Hosts may bring their bluetooth devices full of party tunes!
Party guests only on equipment. Parents welcome to take photos
Minimum amount of guests is 10. There is no maximum
Confirmation of numbers is required the week prior to the party to ensure correct number of coaches.

Each party is different, dependent on the age and skill levels of participants

Party Room and Catering information

Our parties are self – catered, all food and drink is to be supplied by the party hosts
Chairs, tables and serving platters are available in the party room. Please supply your own disposable cups, plates and utensils.
The party room contains a pie warmer, microwave, oven, steamer, fridge and freezer available to use upon appropriate cleaning after use
Party parents and guardians are required to clean up after the party
- We do require a cleaning bond – info below
30 Minutes is allocated for food and drink, the last 15 minutes of the party is to be used for cleaning up the party room ready for the following party guests.
CYC is a smoke, vape and alcohol free venue

PAYMENT INFORMATION

$100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking
The minimum amount of guests is 10. There is no maximum
$250 for 10 participants, any extra participants are $22 each
Payment in full (less deposit paid) is required on the day. Payment may be made by eftpos, visa, mastercard or cheque. Cash payments are not accepted.
Cleaning Bond – to be refunded the next business day upon satisfactory clean up after the party.
- Below 20 participants – $50
- Over 20 participants – $100

OTHER INFORMATION

New Times from Feb 2024 – 1:15 – 3:00pm and 3:30 – 5:15pm
Minimum participant age is 5 years old and attending primary school
