Trampolining is a breathtaking sport demonstrating skill, athleticism, coordination and control. Gymnasts execute amazing series of somersaults and twists at great heights.

Trampoline sports includes 3 disciplines, Trampoline, Double Mini Tramp and Synchronised Trampoline, where a team of two execute the same routine.

There are classes for kids from beginners up to local, state and international level.

Trampoline Sports is the perfect sport to teach your child safe and developmentally sound aerial skills, whilst also developing co-ordination and body awareness.

Trampoline Sports:

Recreational classes

CYC’s recreational trampoline classes are perfect for children of any ability level or age who just want to come in, learn new things and have a bounce. Our experienced coaches cater to each child’s individual learning needs during the class ensuring an action-packed lesson. Classes run 6 days a week ranging from one to two hours. Friendly interclub competition is encouraged when children have mastered a level routine. With an emphasis on safety and fun and basics what could be better than weekly trampoline lesson as one of your child’s sporting activities

Competition Squads

The Cheltenham Youth Club trampoline squad program has over forty athletes involved in regular competitions ranging from local interclubs, State and National Championships to international events such as the World Championships and Youth Olympics. These athletes train between 5 and 12 hours per week.

Athletes in the comp squad are involved in interclub competitions,State Level Championships and are also invited to attend National Club Championships. These athletes train 5 hours per week.

Entry to squads is usually gained through selection from the recreational classes. The squad program is designed to train athletes from ages 8 up in preparation for state, national and international competition.
