Our tumbling classes are the perfect classes for those athletes whose favourite part of gymnastics is the rolling, flipping and somersaulting.
We currently offer tumbling classes on a Saturday afternoon and this is available as a stand alone class, but it can also be a great way to supplement your gymnastics or trampoline skills.
Athletes will work through basics like handstands, cartwheels, forward and backward rolls to back handspring and somersaults.
The benefits of tumbling include

- Developing coordination of the brain and body
- Developing strength in the legs, arms and core, a full body workout
- Learning these amazing skills in a safe and supervised environment
