Recreational Class Bookings

Classes times and current availability can be viewed via our Parent Portal.

To book a class;

Create an account on the parent portal
Accept the club’s terms and conditions
Contact the club to complete the booking

Competitive Squad Class Bookings

New members

Create an account on the parent portal
Accept the club’s terms and conditions
Complete and return the squad terms and conditions
Contact the club to complete the booking

Existing members

Update your child’s details

CLASS BOOKINGS ARE ONGOING

Memberships at CYC are ongoing, unless a membership cancellation form is provided memberships will roll from term to term and year to year.

Therefore, if you were enrolled in a class in 2025 you will automatically be enrolled for the same class in 2026 Should you wish to change class days or times please contact the club. Where a child has completed all levels in their current class, we will contact you to move them up to the next class level.

Class Trials

Trial classes are available. Please book a trial in the class your child is interested in attending.

OFFICE HOURS – Woodlands Drive only

CYC Office hours

9:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Thursday
9:00am tp 6pm Friday
9:00am to 12:30pm Saturday

Accounts are open 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Invoice/account enquiries should be directed to the accounts office only during these times.

During the school holidays the office is staffed under reduced hours. Over the Christmas break the office is closed from the final day of term until mid January and then at reduced hours until recreational classes commence.
