Tuesday nights 8:00 – 9:30pm
Teen Gym – 16-18 years old
Adult Gym – Ages 18+
Cost – $23.50 per session
2024 Membership and Registration Fee – $50 (payable on the second session)
Gymnastics and Trampolining is a great way to stay fit, challenge yourself and get your body moving in new ways! Whether you are an ex-gymnast wanting to re-live their gymnastics days, or a complete beginner, these classes cater for all levels.
The class starts with a group warm up and stretch and will split into groups to work on gymnastics and trampoline skills.
CYC are affiliated with Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics Victoria and all class participants must be registered members.
After your first session we require an annual membership and insurance fee of $50.
